By accessing or using Key Patrol™ services, including Vehicle Information tracking, you agree to the Terms and this Privacy Policy. Key Patrol™ and its affiliates (“Key Patrol AirKey™ Auto” or “Company”) provide technology services to automotive dealerships using wireless/mobile networks and IoT-enabled devices, including sensors and location-based features (collectively, “Services”).

2. Information We Collect
Key Patrol™ collects Vehicle Information, which may include:

Vehicle location (GPS coordinates, direction of travel)
Mileage and operational data
Device status and connectivity information

We do not collect sensitive personal information such as race, religion, sexual orientation, health information, or financial data. We also do not sell your personal or Vehicle Information to third parties.

3. How We Use Your Information
Vehicle Information is collected, stored, and processed to:

Provide and improve the Services for dealerships and their customers
Facilitate communication between you and dealerships using our Services
Ensure operational security, detect fraud, and prevent unauthorized access
